What a visit to MEC feels like
Two minutes inside the clinic — the waiting area, the consulting rooms and the dispensary — filmed on an ordinary working day. Calm, bright and unhurried, which is how we want it to feel before anyone has even sat down.
The rest is the people. Optometrists who take their time and explain what they are doing, a front desk that takes the time to know you, and care built around you, not the clock. Warm, professional, and generous with the smiles.
